Compound Planning For Countryside Regeneration: From System Improvement To Spatial Governance
"Beautiful countryside" planning is getting popular as China enters new normal situation and promotes urban rural integration.However,rural planning faces many problems such as weak legislation,immature planning technique,and multiple administrations.A new strategy is imperative for the resource integration,value improvement,and effective management of countryside.Based on regeneration concept,the paper takes Gaochun model area planning as an example,introduces a compound framework composed of strategic planning,integration planning,and action planning for countryside,and provides a reference for similar cases.
