Urban renewal special planning is a new measure and major approach in urban renewal action,and its technical methods and working paths are being extensively explored.With a review of the background and demand of urban renewal special planning,the experiences of Beijing,Shenzhen,Guangzhou,Chongqing and other cities are analyzed and the major approaches and contents of municipal and district urban renewal planning are concluded.The planning compilation technique of"resource identification,spatial classification,governance and guidance"with stock space resource integration as the core is analyzed,and improvement measures from implementation process,operational mechanism,and enforcement tools are put forward to ensure the effectiveness of urban renewal special planning.
