Cities with different levels of development and different types of resources have formed their own understanding of the park city concept,however the implementation supervision mechanism under the territorial space planning system is absent at present.Based on the city examination and evaluation system of territorial space planning,the development process and stage characteristics of park cities are studied,and the multi-dimensional content framework of special examination covering"scale,system,ecosystem,integration degree"is summarized.The key technologies to ensure the effective implementation of special examination are proposed to enrich and improve the city examination and evaluation system,and serve the effective evaluation and dynamic adjustment for the park city planning and construction.
