With a review of relevant researches and practices at home and abroad,the four changes in resilient city planning are proposed:ecological view,whole space,whole process,whole society.The response path of territorial space planning is analyzed from 3 aspects:systematic resilience as the overall concept,spatial resilience as the core carrier,and institutional resilience as the implementation insurance.With Danba county,a mountainous city in western Sichuan province,as an example,the value orientation of a community with shared future between human and nature is integrated with the whole process of territorial space planning compilation,and disaster risks are recognized to outline the base map of resilient city;spatial strategies are formulated centering on the resilient city orientation;territorial space layout is optimized and triple bottom lines are reinforced by grading and zoning of disaster prevention;multi-governance integration,all-people participated disaster prevention,networking interaction in planning transmission are proposed to secure territorial space.
