摘要

运用熵权-TOPSIS法、耦合协调度模型评价黄河流域(山东段)23个区县2010年、2015年和2020年的生态环境与农业高质量发展耦合协调水平,并根据评价结果,从规划体系完善、区县级国土空间规划编制和机制体制建设3个方面提出黄河流域(山东段)生态环境与农业高质量发展规划提升策略.

Abstract

With methods of entropy weight TOPSIS method and coupling coordination degree model,the coupling coordination degrees between ecological environment and agricultural development of 23 districts and counties of the Yellow River basin(Shandong section)in 2010,2015,and 2020 are evaluated.Improvement strategies in planning system integration,county-level territorial space planning compilation,institutional construction are put forward based on the evaluation results.
