摘要
当前,我国城乡历史文化保护传承体系对非名城、非名胜等地区的关注度仍然不足,适应地域多元文化特征并涵盖非标识类型的地方特色遗产保护体系研究仍待探索.以深圳为样本开展城市遗产及其保护体系构建研究,盘点深圳遗产资源家底,解析时空和系统特征,回顾保护历程、剖析现状问题.基于系统论视角和导向,从价值、空间、治理等3个维度探索构建具有当代和地域特色,同时保持外部开放性的深圳城市遗产保护体系框架,并提出系统响应和协同策略,旨在解决当前深圳遗产保护片面化、碎片化的问题,并为非名城地区、非标识遗产的保护,以及具有地方特色的城市遗产体系构建提供参考.
Abstract
Non-listed historic cities and resorts have not received enough attention in China's urban-rural historical and cultural protection and inheritance system,and localized heritage conservation system for various cultural resources needs to be explored.With Shenzhen as an example,the heritage resources and their space-temporal characters are concluded,and the protection evolution and current problems are analyzed to study the establishment of urban heritage conservation system.From three dimensions of value,space,and governance,a contemporary,localized,and open urban heritage conservation framework for Shenzhen is established with systematic response and collaboration strategies.It intends to solve the current problems of one-sidedness and fragmentation in Shenzhen's heritage protection,and provides a reference for the protection of non-listed historic areas and non-labeled heritages,and also for the construction of localized urban conservation system.
