收缩型历史城镇的系统风险评估及保护路径——以渝东地区典型历史城镇为例

摘要
在分析收缩型历史城镇系统风险构成的基础上,探索收缩型历史城镇系统风险评估方法,并以渝东地区典型历史城镇为例开展评估.结果显示,收缩型历史城镇整体上呈现"功能—物质—文化"螺旋式负向转化的规律,个体呈现"空心化、异质化、弃置化"的风险分异特征,并分别引发了活力、特色、消亡的危机.根据评估结果,从要素分类治理、风险分级响应两个方面提出收缩型历史城镇的保护路径,以期为破解历史城镇收缩困境、化解其系统风险提供借鉴.
Abstract
Based on an analysis of the composition of the systematic risk of shrinking historical towns,the evaluation method for the systematic risk is studied with the typical historical towns in the eastern part of Chongqing as examples.The result shows that shrinking historical towns in general exhibit a"functional,physical,cultural"negative spiral transition rule while individual villages exhibit different risk characteristics of"hollowness,heterogeneity,abandonment",instigating crises in vitality,character,and existence.The preservation paths of shrinking historical towns are proposed from two aspects based on the evaluation results:categorized elemental governance and graded risk response.It hopes to provide a reference in resolving the shrinking dilemma of historical towns and their systematic risk.
