摘要

在国土空间规划时代,自然教育基地作为一种特殊的生态空间,其规划建设具有充分发挥生态空间多种功能、实现自然资源永续利用的积极意义,对于在全社会形成人与自然和谐共生的价值观具有重要影响.梳理自然教育基地的内涵、特征与类型,明确自然教育基地的评定条件、评定程序与规划建设路径,并以宁波自然教育基地为例进行实证研究,着重阐述宁波四明山国家森林公园和宁波杭州湾国家湿地公园的规划建设情况,以期为其他自然教育基地的评定与规划建设提供案例参考.

Abstract

The planning and construction of natural educational base is positive to the multi-functioning and sustainable use of natural resource and ecological space in the era of territorial space planning,and significant to cultivating the value of harmonious symbiosis between human and nature.The connotation,characters,and types of natural educational base are reorganized,and the assessment conditions and procedure as well as the planning and construction principles of natural educational base are clarified.An empirical study is conducted with Ningbo natural educational base as an example,with emphases on the planning and construction of Siming mountain national forest park and Hangzhou Bay wetland park.It provides a reference for the assessment,planning,and construction for other natural educational bases.
