摘要
从空间生产理论出发,对控制性详细规划的空间生产调控特征进行深入认识,探讨控制性详细规划当前的空间生产困境以及新时期调控空间生产逻辑的转变.聚焦"前端评估—中端编制—后端实施"的全生命周期,从评估查底线、分层强弹性、功能重混合、设计更精细、实施保公益等方面探索新时期控制性详细规划编制管理的创新发展思路和趋势,希冀为各城市控制性详细规划编制管理提供借鉴.
Abstract
From the theory of space production,the characters of space production and regulation of regulatory planning are deeply studied,and the dilemmas and transformation of space production logic are discussed.With an analysis of the whole life cycle of regulatory planning in"evaluation,compilation,implementation",the innovative development concept and trend of regulatory planning compilation and management in the new era are studied from the aspects of bottom line inspection,resilience enhancement,mixed use,detailed design,and public interest insurance.
