综合门户城市地区乡村高质量发展路径——以广州国家级田园综合体规划建设为例

摘要
结合高质量发展与乡村振兴的逻辑关系,选取在城乡融合起主导地位的综合门户城市地区的乡村作为研究对象,分析其发展特点及问题,提出镇域统筹、资产盘活、机制传导的乡村高质量发展的应对路径,并以广州国家级田园综合体规划建设实践为例,分析其创建情况和创建路径,以地方国企引领带动乡村建设的实践验证乡村高质量发展路径,以期为其他地区的乡村高质量发展提供经验借鉴.
Abstract
Based on the logic between high quality development and rural revitalization,the countryside of integrated gateway city is selected as the research object to study its characters and problems,and the development path of high quality rural development is proposed:township integration,capital revitalization,institutional transmission.The practice of national rural complex planning and construction in Guangzhou is taken as an example to study its situation and path towards high quality rural development led by local state-owned enterprise.It provides a reference for other regions'high quality rural development.
