美国交通系统公共艺术规划策略与启示

摘要
长期以来,我国公共艺术的规划主要集中在城市雕塑领域,交通管理部门缺乏对交通系统公共艺术的专项规划,导致交通项目中的公共艺术实践成为"无源之水,无本之木".以美国为研究对象,总结归纳其交通系统公共艺术规划的发展阶段、具体策略,认为我国有必要针对交通领域公共艺术的实际问题给予制度层面的保障,尽快出台公共艺术专项规划政策及规划规范,明确公众参与的定义及细则,实现"专职专项、分级分类、有效参与"的规划,以支持我国交通系统公共艺术的永续发展和公众参与的有效落实.
Abstract
China's public art planning has long been focusing on urban sculptures,and public art in the transportation system has been absent both in planning and practice.Learning from the development stages and practical strategies of public art planning in the transportation system in the United States,it is argued that China shall deal with the practical problems at institutional level in the realm of transportation for the development of public art.Special planning and planning regulations concerning public art shall be issued,and the detail of public participation need to be clarified to realize"special,hierarchical,interactive"planning to support sustainable development of public art in the transportation system and effective public participation.
