摘要
以三次产业产值"平均值+标准差"为衡量标准,将长春市外围新市镇划分为工业型城镇、商贸型城镇、农业型城镇和混合型城镇等4种类型,并从人口结构、城镇空间和居住环境等3个方面构建"城市性"指数,评价4种类型城镇的发展水平.研究结果表明:长春市近郊区新市镇的发育水平高于远郊区;不同类型新市镇发展水平存在显著的空间差异性,高"城市性"工业型新市镇集聚于近郊区的趋势最明显,其次是商贸型新市镇,而高"城市性"农业型与混合型新市镇则主要分布于远郊区;老工业城市的工业布局特征与行政特点、市域高速路网结构以及"美丽乡村"试点的空间分布格局是形成不同类型新市镇空间分异的主要原因.结合新市镇的空间区位与发展水平,将长春市不同类型新市镇归类为都市一体化型新市镇、区域增长极型新市镇和公共服务中心型新市镇等3种类型,并提出各类新市镇的未来发展目标.
Abstract
Based on the"average value+standard deviation"of the output value of the three industries,the peripheral new towns in Changchun are divided into four types:industrial towns,commercial towns,agricultural towns,and mixed towns.In order to evaluate the development level of four types of towns,the"urbanity"index is constructed from three aspects:population structure,urban space,and living environment.The research results indicate that the development level of new towns in the suburbs of Changchun is higher than that in the outer suburbs.There are significant spatial differences in the development level of different types of new towns.The trend of high"urbanity"industrial new towns dustering in suburban areas is most obvious,followed by commercial new towns,while high"urbanity"agricultural and mixed new towns are mainly distributed in suburban areas.The main reasons for the spatial differentiation of different types of new towns are the industrial layout and administrative charactenstics of old industrial cities,the urban expressway network structure,and the spatial distribution pattem of"beautiful countryside"pilot projects.Based on the spatial location and development level of new towns,different types of new towns in Changchun are classified into three types:urban integrated new towns,regional growth pole new towns,and public service center new towns.On this basis,future development goals for various new towns are proposed.
