摘要
结合国土空间规划的新背景、新要求,以及手机信令数据的特点,梳理手机信令数据在国土空间规划中应用存在的问题,进而构建手机信令数据在国土空间规划中的特色化应用技术框架,提出手机信令数据与国土空间规划适配的核心数据类型.同时,以西安市为例,分析手机信令数据在西安市"三级三类"国土空间规划中的适配性,探讨其在各级各类规划中的应用方向,重点利用手机信令数据分析西安市鄠邑区与主城区的职住联系特征,以期为智慧国土空间的建设和发展提供新的技术支持.
Abstract
Combined with the new background and requirements of territorial spatial planning,urban the characteristics of mobile phone signaling data,the problems existing in the application of mobile phone signaling data in territorial spatial planning are analyzed,the characteristic application technical framework of mobile phone signaling data in territorial spatial planning is constructed,and the core data types for the compatibility of mobile phone signaling data and territorial spatial planning are proposed.At the same time,taking Xi'an city as an example,the adaptability of mobile phone signaling data in the"resource identification,spatial classification,governance and guidance"territorial spatial planning is analyzed,its application direction in all levels of planning is discussed,and the characteristics of job and residence relationship between Huyi urban areas and the main city are analyzed by using mobile phone signaling data,in order to provide new technical support for the construction and development of intelligent territorial space.
