成都城市空间结构与绩效研究

摘要
采用"多中心、网络化"发展方针已成为超大城市应对规模增长带来的"大城市病"的战略共识,但实践中,超大城市"多中心"空间结构的绩效与预期尚存在一定差距.以成都为例,基于城市职住空间的"静态—动态"耦合视角,以城市空间结构的"特征识别—绩效识别—理论认知"为逻辑主线,运用大数据等分析技术,从职住空间关系到就业中心体系等角度来研究城市空间结构特征与绩效.研究表明对超大城市实施"多中心"战略,不仅要关注城市建设用地空间形态上的"多中心",还需要关注组团之间合理的通勤联系强度、相应的通勤方式、通勤出行特征,若外围组团的内部通勤比例提升,则"多中心"空间结构绩效实现.
Abstract
The adoption of a multi-centre,networked development strategy has become a strategic consensus among mega-cities in dealing with the"urban diseases"brought about by scale growth,but in practice,the performance of the"multi-centre"spatial structure in mega-cities still has certain gaps with the expected outcomes.Taking Chengdu as an example,based on the perspective of"static-dynamic"coupling of urban employment and living space,with the logical line of"feature identification-performance identification-theoretical cognition"for urban spatial structure,the characteristics and performance of urban spatial structure are studied by big data analytical techniques from the perspective of employment-residence space relationships,employment centre system,etc.The study shows that to implement the"multi-centre"strategy in mega-cities,should pay more attention to the reasonable strength of inter-group communication,corresponding commuting modes.If the intemal commuting ratio in the peripheral groups is increased,the performance of the multi-centre spatial structure can be achieved.
