新时期面向实施的县城传统地段更新策略——以河南省方城古城片区为例

摘要
我国县城传统地段蕴含着丰富的历史信息,反映了一定历史时期的地方风貌与民俗,目前面临历史格局破坏、发展活力不足、新旧风貌混杂等问题.随着我国城镇化建设进入高质量发展阶段,县城面临快速扩张空间受限、存量用地提质增效的压力.以河南省方城古城片区为例,提出应实施符合县城经济水平、以"小而美"为特色的更新行动,以小片区、小规模、低干预为出发点,按照分类改善、渐进推进、多元参与的方式,打造风貌特色化、体验良好、有温度的美好空间.
Abstract
The traditional area of the county contains rich historical information,which truly reflects the local style and folk custom in a certain historical period,but also faces the problems of the destruction of historical pattem,the lack of development vitality,and the mix of old and new styles.At present,the urbanization construction in our country has entered a high-quality development stage.The county seat is faced with rapid expansion of space limited,and the pressure on the stock of land to improve quality and efficiency is increasing rapidly.Taking the old town area of Fangcheng city in Henan province as an example,it is proposed that the renewal action should be carried out in line with the economic level of the county and characterized by"small and beautiful",taking small area,small scale and low intervention as the starting point,and creating a beautiful space with special characteristics,experience sense and temperature in accordance with the methods of classified improvement,gradual promotion and multiple participation.
