长春新民胡同片区保护策略与更新路径

摘要
长春的老胡同是其风土人情的浓缩地,是城市文化的载体,见证了城市的发展历程.随着长春城市更新工作的推进,这些重要历史区域的改造也倍受关注.以长春商埠地新民胡同为例,从保护模式、功能再生、空间重组、风貌恢复、建筑改造利用等方面着手,对该历史片区未来的发展提出保护建议和改造策略,以保障该地块在城市更新改造中既能保留历史文化底蕴、传承城市记忆,又能重现活力并且更好地融入现代社会.
Abstract
The old Hutong of Changchun are a distillation of its local charm and traditions,serving as carriers of the city's culture and witnessing its developmental journey.As Changchun's urban renewal progresses,the renovation of these significant historical areas has garnered increasing attention.Taking Xinmin Hutong in Changchun's commercial port area as an example,preservation recommendations and renovation strategies for its future development are propose.These strategies encompass protection models,functional rejuvenation,spatial reorganization,restoration of the historical appearance,and architectural adaptation.The goal is to ensure that this historical area retains its cultural heritage and urban memory during the city's renewal process while revitalizing and seamlessly integrating it into modem society.
