摘要

在生态文明建设背景下,推进山、水、林、田、湖、草、沙综合治理,以规划手段促进废弃矿山生态修复、平衡山体生态系统的保护与开发是一项重要议题.以武汉市江夏区将军山、灵山为例,探索将废弃露天矿山改造为新型绿色产业聚合地的路径,通过"生态修复+空间利用+绿色产业"等措施,推动废弃矿区生态环境提升与产业升级,将矿区生态修复工程与生态旅游、美丽乡村建设相结合,打造生态修复综合利用示范区.

Abstract

In the context of ecological civilization construction,it is an important issue to promote the comprehensive treatment of mountains,water,forests,fields,lakes,grass and sand,promote the ecological restoration of abandoned mines by planning means,and balance the protection and development of mountain ecosystems.Taking Jiangjun mountain and Lingshan mountain,Jiangxia district,Wuhan city as an example,the abandoned open-pit mine will be transformed into a new type of green industry gathering place.Through measures such as"ecological restoration+spatial utilization+green industry",the ecological environment of abandoned mining areas will be improved and industrial upgrading will be achieved.The ecological restoration project of mining areas will be combined with ecological tourism and beautiful rural construction to create a demonstration zone for comprehensive utilization of ecological restoration.
