超大城市郊区市县TOD规划方法与规划策略——以成都为例
TOD Planning Methods and Strategies for Suburban Cities and Counties in Megacities:Taking Chengdu as an Example

TOD对于推动资源要素集聚、空间组织优化、城市功能提升具有重要作用.目前国内外对于TOD的研究更多关注城市地区,但对于郊区TOD的研究相对较少.以成都郊区市县TOD为研究对象,通过剖析郊区市县TOD在轨道条件、功能承载、空间组织、形态风貌、交通接驳等方面的典型特征,提出郊区市县TOD规划应对思路,并对综合中心型、产业中心型、文旅型、邻里型4类站点TOD的规划策略进行研究,以期为其他城市郊区型TOD的规划建设提供参考.
Abstract
The TOD of rail transit plays an important role in promoting the aggregation of resource elements,optimizing spatial organization,and enhancing urban functions.At present,research on TOD both domestically and internationally focuses more on urban areas,but there is relatively little research on suburban TOD.Taking TOD in suburban cities and counties of Chengdu as the research object,by analyzing the typical characteristics of TOD in suburban cities and counties in terms of track conditions,functional carrying capacity,spatial organization,form and appearance,and transporttation connection,TOD planning response ideas in suburban cities and counties are propose,and the planning strategies for four types of TOD sites are studied:comprehensive center type,industrial center type,cultural and tourism type,and neighborhood type.This can provide reference for the planning and construction of suburban TOD in other cities.
