长春市"平急两用"应急医疗设施规划策略探讨

摘要
以长春市为研究范围,分析长春市应急医疗设施现状问题,基于"平急两用"的视角,对长春市的应急医疗设施规划进行阐述,提出适用于长春市的医疗设施体系构建策略、疾病预防控制设施规划策略、医学隔离观察场所规划策略、医疗救治设施规划策略等应急医疗设施规划策略,从运营响应机制、弹性调度机制和信息平台等方面探讨相应的应急医疗保障措施,以期为国内其他城市提供借鉴.
Abstract
Taking Changchun city as the research scope,its current situation of emergency medical facilities is analyzed,and based on the perspective of"dual-use for peacetime and emergency",emergency medical facility planning strategies such as medical facility system construction strategy,disease prevention and control facility planning strategy,medical isolation and observation site planning strategy,medical treatment facility planning strategy and other emergency medical facility planning strategies applicable to Changchun city are proposed,and corresponding emergency medical security measures are discussed from the aspects of operation response mechanism,flexible scheduling mechanism and information platform,which can provide reference for other cities in China.
