摘要

公园城市理念为科创园区的规划创新提供了绝佳的思路与方向.分析公园城市语境下科创空间的转型,包括从"产—城—人"到"入—城—产"的空间逻辑转型、从标配模式到城绿融合的空间模式转型、从单一科创到多元业态的功能转型,从生产价值到多维复合的价值转型等.提出科创园区规划的无界共生策略、以人为本策略、场景营造策略和开放共享策略.以湖南林业科技产业园为例,探索公园城市导向下的规划创新,紧扣场地特征与发展诉求,重塑城绿无界的"科学公园"新格局;打造"公园+"体系的多维场景,包括绿意渗透的科研场景、宜种宜游的试验场景、诗意栖居的生活场景、蓝绿交织的休闲场景和林荫花径的出行场景等,从而实现人城境业的和谐发展.

Abstract

The park city theory provides an excellent idea and direction for planning innovation of science-and-innovation park.The transformations of science-and-innovation park in the context of park city are analyzed,including the spatial logic transformation from"industry-city-people"to"people-city-industry",the spatial pattern transformation from standard allocation mode to urban-green integration,the functional transformation from single function to multiple interactions,and the value transformation from single production value to multi-dimensional compound value.Then unbounded symbiosis strategy,people-oriented strategy,scene construction strategy and open sharing strategy are proposed.Taking Hunan Forestry Science and Technology Industrial Park as an example,the planning innovation under the guidance of park city is explored:closely related to the site characteristics and development demands,reshaping the new pattern of science-and-innovation park,and creating a multi-dimensional scenes of the"park+"system,including research scene,test scene,living scene,leisure scene and commuting scene.
