摘要
从"小街区"到"街道一体化",再到"公园城市街区场景营造",是"公园城市"理念落地呈现的工作进阶.以成都公园城市街道一体化实践为例,探索基于场景营造的街区一体化路径,以及从街道设计向街区场景营造理念转变的思路,总结形成"五个一体化"的街区场景营造方法,探索全过程的一体化推进方式,通过街区管理与社区治理的有机融合,实现从规划管理到空间治理的转变.
Abstract
From"small blocks"to"street integration"and then to"park city block scene construction",it is the work of the park city concept.Taking Chengdu park city street integration practice as an example,the paths of street integration based on scene construction and the ideas of transforming from street design to block scene construction are explored,and the"five integrated"block scene construction methods are summarized,combines with Chengdu practice cases,then the integration promotion of the whole process is explored,in order to realize the transformation from planning management to spatial governance through the organic integration of street management and community governance.
