On some Unclear Characters in Cursive Script in Dunhuang Medical Manu-script P.4038 and Haneda 043
Dunhuang Manuscript P.4038 and Haneda 043 share similarities in their form,content,format and handwriting,suggesting that they were originally parts of the same medical manuscript.While schol-ars have made significant progress in interpreting the texts,there are still some challenging characters and words that require further discussion.This article provides explanations for some unclear characters,em-phasizing the value of these two medical manuscripts in studying the development history of Chinese lan-guage and writing.Additionally,it aims to discuss some issues related to the interpretation of cursive-script manuscripts.
