An Interpretation on the Damaged Characters in the Epigraph of Northern Dynasties
There are a certain number of damaged characters in the epigraph of Northern Dynasties,which affects the accurate interpretation of epigraph texts.The interpretating methods of these characters can be summarized as analysing character pattern,examining context,comparing examples,differentiating quotations,discriminating rubbings,which are often used comprehensively.This paper selects 30 cases in order to provide reference for related studies.
