To explore the innovative application and development of Hebei Province's folk paper-cutting elements in new Chinese style women's clothing,an in-depth study of the artistic characteristics of Hebei's folk paper-utting has been conducted.Literature review and empirical evidence were collated regarding themes,colors,skills and artistic expression,aiming to explore the significance of their innovative application in new Chinese style women's clothing.By analyzing current consumer aesthetic preferences and Chinese fashion communication trends,a practical clothing design that integrates Hebei's folk paper-cutting elements with modern aesthetic styles has been conducted.The purpose is to promote the innovation and development of intangible heritage paper-cutting culture in the new Chinese style women's clothing industry,provide clothing designers with better innovative design methods and paths,and further disseminate and enhance the excellent traditional Chinese culture,contributing to the competitiveness of Chinese clothing and accessories on the global fashion stage.
