The structure feature of single roller opener's beater has been introduced based on JWF1107 high production single roller opener.Modeling and finite element stress analysis of the force on beater's angle pin have been done in high production.Bending moment,shearing stress and permissible unbalance value of beater's roller have been analyzed and calculated.Through the analyzed data,the requirement of 1 400 kg/h production has been met by the strength of beater's angle pin and beater's roller which are used in JWF1107 single opener.The safe and stable operation of the equipment can be ensured by distinctive structural characteristics and reliable mechanical strength.
