摘要

针对阻碍牛角瓜纤维规模化应用的纤维提纤技术,自主研发了一种牛角瓜微波开果提纤设备,通过对该设备不同收集区域得到的牛角瓜纤维的长度、细度、强度、中空度和含杂率等质量指标进行的检测与对比,分析了纤维收集区域对提纤效率和提纤质量的影响,为微波开果提纤设备的进一步改进和工艺优化指明了方向.

Abstract

Aiming at the main factor that hinders the development of calotropis gigantea fiber-fiber lifting technology,our research group independently developed a kind of microwave open-fruit fiber lifting equipment for calotropis gigantea.The quality indexes such as length,fineness,strength,hollowness and impurity content of the fiber obtained from different collection areas of the equipment were tested and compared,and the influence of the collection area on the quality of fiber extraction was analyzed,which laid a foundation for further improvement and optimization of the microwave open-fruit fiber extraction equipment.
