The International Moral Power to Solve the Dilemma of Global Governance and China's Practice
At present,while the world undergoing profound changes unseen in a century,global governance faces three challenges:a crisis of value,a crisis of cooperation and a crisis of effectiveness.As a collective action of mankind that serves the common interests of mankind,global governance needs to be consecutively promoted by a strong international moral power,which is important for addressing the dilemma of global governance.As a positive value consensus of altruism,legitimacy and constraint,international morality stays as an important power resource and power base.International moral power can shape international moral consensus,promote international moral behavior and enhance international moral effectiveness.As a key actor in global governance,since the 18th CPC National Congress,China has played its role as a responsible major country,actively contributed to global governance with international ideas and initiatives centered on building a global community with a shared future,and forged a consensus on values.The Belt and Road Initiative and the Three Global Initiatives have served as major platforms to enhance cooperation in global governance.The demonstration effect of morality has led to the solution of global issues and improved the effectiveness of global governance.Under the new circumstances and in the face of increasingly severe global challenges,China continues to play its role as an international moral power,contributing greater wisdom to the value aggregation of global governance,providing more solutions for the upgrading of global governance cooperation,and injecting stronger momentum into the doubling of the effectiveness of global governance.
