Constructing a Discipline System of Law with Chinese Characteristics
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the discipline of law has undergone an evolutionary process from scratch,from naive to mature,and from scattered to systematic.It has made important contributions to the building of a socialist country under the rule of law.The construction of a complete and mature discipline system is the premise and foundation for the construction of an academic system and discourse system,and only by constructing a high-quality legal discipline system with Chinese characteristics can the"three major systems"of law with Chinese characteristics be successfully built.The discipline of law has a strong political and practical nature.To strengthen the construction of the discipline system,we must adhere to the principle of giving priority to China situation,being inclusive,and giving prominence to our characteristics.To accelerate the construction of a discipline system of law with Chinese characteristics,on the premise of grasping the great significance and correct direction in the new era,we should adhere to the basic construction principle of unifying politics and science,nation and world,and systematicness and practice.Specifically,the construction of a discipline system of law with Chinese characteristics adheres to integrity and innovation,coordinating the direction of discipline system reform.It is necessary to benchmark the national strategy and comprehensively update the subject knowledge system,strengthen the cooperation and empowerment to achieve cross-integration between disciplines,respond to practical needs and promote the flourishing of emerging disciplines,and pay attention to coordination and interaction,adhering to the integrated construction of the"three major systems".
