As a new type of democracy with Chinese characteristics,the whole-process people's democracy plays an extremely important role in promoting social fairness and justice.The whole-process people's democracy has built a political platform for people to be the masters of the country through the arrangements of the fundamental political system,the basic political system,and the important political system.It has laid a solid institutional foundation for the realization of social fairness and justice.The whole-process people's democracy also ensures that people have extensive democratic rights by giving them extensive and genuine rights to vote,consult,make decisions,manage and supervise,realizing political fairness for people in the management of state and social affairs.In the whole process of people's democracy,consultative democracy is the main mode of operation,which provides an intellectual foundation for the formation of a consensus on social fairness and justice and the construction of a system of social fairness and justice,and promotes the concrete implementation of legislative fairness,law enforcement fairness,judicial fairness and law-abiding fairness.
