Constructing Quantum International Law Theories:A Multidisciplinary Framework For A Revolutionary World
Quantum theories have had the potential to be applied to"everything"since their inception.In a revolutionary world that embodies a reorientation of international economic lawmaking and policymaking,the central issue is no longer about balancing competing interests between security protection and economic advancement,but rather ensuring resilience and inclusiveness of the international economic order in the face of complex,systematic,and multidisciplinary challenges.This article adopts quantum entanglement,measurement,and holism theories through approaches of analogy,ontology,and postcritique to innovatively construct the quantum international law trinity,with the aim of inspiring and integrating multidisciplinary modes of thinking and complementing classical scholarship and methodology.The article provides international lawmakers and policymakers with a novel,quantum-based model of thinking that has the potential to be applied to"everything"multidisciplinaryly.
