Dilemma as Mission:Constructing Inclusive Regional Order Involving China,ASEAN,and US
The common goal of China and ASEAN countries is to break free from the constraints imposed by the Western-dominated international system and work towards mutual revitalization and development.Since the end of the Cold War,China and ASEAN have made significant strides in overcoming obstacles,and they are dedicated to establishing a more advanced China-ASEAN community with a shared future.However,the current development of the China-ASEAN community with a shared future is encountering new systemic challenges,including prominent global issues,US's intensified strategic competition with China,and the necessity of optimizing and enhancing the China-ASEAN community with a shared future.To overcome these challenges,the new mission of the China-ASEAN community with a shared future is to construct an inclusive regional order involving China,ASEAN,and the US.
