The PCD tool in the non metallic materials especially the aggrandizement wood floor processing has been widely used,but with the feeding speed,spindle speed of underfloor improved ,the cutting tool of original common line has been unable to meet the requirements of machining.This article mainly from the high floor processing line ,introduces the PCD milling design,EDM,balance and other aspects of the application.
