基于正交试验和极差分析的方法,以工件表面粗糙度Ra值为评判指标,研究了TC4钛合金粗加工切削参数,并通过单因素实验法进一步优选了其精加工切削参数,同时对相同切削参数下涂层和无涂层硬质合金刀具的磨损情况进行了分析.研究表明:TC4钛合金粗加工最优切削参数为:Vc=60m/min、ap=0.4mm、f=0.1mm/r;TC4钛合金精加工最优切削参数为:Vc=60m/min、ap=0.2mm、f=0.1mm/r;由于UE6020涂层硬质合金刀具的涂层中含有TiC,其与工件中的Ti元素亲和扩散,致使UE6020涂层刀具的耐用度低于US735刀具.
Abstract
Rough turning parameters of TC4 titanium alloywere studied through orthogonal test and extreme difference analysis methods,finishing turning parameters of TC4 titanium alloy were studied by using the single factor test method,wear of TiC coated and carbide cutting tools at the same cutting parameters was researched.This study indicates that the optimal cutting parameters of rough turning are Vc =60m/min,ap =0.4mm,f=0.1 mm/r.The optimal cutting parameters of finishing turning are Vc =60m/min,ap =0.2mm,f =0.1 mm/r.The carbide tools with the grade of US735 has better tool life than coated carbide cutting tools with the grade of UE6020.
