摘要

GB/T 1958是工件几何精度检测的重要依据,在制造业中应用范围十分广泛,许多实验室选择该标准申请认可.由于其跨领域、跨行业应用特点显著,并且认可实验室在CNAS内部也是按照领域和行业分工负责,在认可评审的一致性、规范性、科学性上存在诸多问题,本文从申请必要性、能力表述、标准间协调、能力验证等方面进行对比探讨并提出对策.

Abstract

GB/T 1958 is an important basis for testing the geometric accuracy of workpieces,which is widely used in the manufacturing industry.Many laboratories choose this standard to apply for approval.Because of its remarkable charac-teristics of cross-field and cross-industry applications,and the accreditation laboratories are also responsible for the division according to the field and industry within CNAS,there are some problems in the consistency,standardization and scientifici-ty of accreditation assessment.This paper discusses and proposes solutions from the aspects of application necessity,capa-bility expression,coordination among standards,and proficiency testing.
