摘要

GH4169镍基高温合金材料具有硬度大、耐高温以及耐腐蚀等特点,为避免车削加工过程中刀具与工件之间发生的颤振影响加工后表面质量,本文基于待加工件的特点建立外圆车削刀—工系统动力学模型并进行稳定性分析.结果表明,刀具主偏角约93°时可以得到表面质量较好的GH4169镍基高温合金.该项研究可以为加工类似高温合金等较大硬度材料以及加工时易发生颤振材料的刀具主偏角选择提供依据.

Abstract

GH4169 nickel-based superalloy material has the characteristics of high hardness,high temperature resist-ance,corrosion resistance and so on,in order to avoid the flutter between the tool and the workpiece in the process of turn-ing,the surface quality after machining is affected.Based on the characteristics of workpiece to be processed,the dynamic model of workpiece-tool system in external circular turning is established and conduct stability analysis.The results show that GH4169 nickel-based superalloy with good surface quality can be obtained when the main deflection angle is about 93°.This study provides a basis for the selection of the main deflection angle of the tool for machining materials with high hardness and which are prone to chatter during machining,such as superalloy.
