船舶用钢的除锈处理是影响日常维护的关键工艺,而抛丸机叶片磨损断裂是影响除锈设备使用寿命的重要因素.本文叙述了抛丸机叶片磨损断裂形成机制、弹丸碰撞非线性动力行为及撞击侵蚀过程、叶片磨损特性等方面的研究进展,讨论了叶片旋转软化效应下的振动响应与结构特性,分析了叶片材料的晶体取向、元素含量与磨损的关系,根据磨损机理(如摩擦、微切削、疲劳裂纹等)研究了相对应的冲撞侵蚀量化模型,总结了仿真与试验等手段在不同弹丸参数对叶片侵蚀研究中的应用,对抛丸机叶片瞬时碰撞分析技术进行了展望.
Study on Instantaneous Impact Dynamic Behavior and Application of Shot Blasting Blades
The derusting treatment of marine steel is a key process affecting daily maintenance,and the wear and frac-ture of shot blasting blade is an important factor affecting the service life of derusting equipment.In this paper,the formation mechanism of blade wear fracture,nonlinear dynamic behavior of projectile impact and impact erosion process,and blade wear characteristics of shot blasting machine are reviewed.The vibration response and structural characteristics of blade un-der rotating softening effect are discussed.The relationship between crystal orientation,element content and blade wear is analyzed.According to wear mechanisms,such as friction,micro-cutting,fatigue crack,etc.,the corresponding quantitative models of impact erosion are studied.The application of simulation and experiment in the study of blade erosion by different projectile parameters is summarized.The instantaneous impact analysis technology of shot blasting blade is prospected.
