Analysis of Rolling Shear Processing of Fe-based Amorphous and Nanocrystalline Alloy Strips
By using tracking statistics on the production workshop, the rolling shear process, durability, tool sharpe-ning and other issues during the rolling shear processing of iron-based amorphous nanocrystalline alloy strips are summa-rized and analyzed.Statistically analysis of different widths of rolling shears is done,it is found that the effective working time ratio of rolling shears ranged from 65%to 88%,with an average effective working time ratio of 76.1%,and the effec-tive working time is unstable;the shearing mileage of rolling shears is between 3700m and 4200m,with an average shearing mileage of 3839.74m,and there is a large difference in tool durability, with the larger the shearing width of rolling shears, the longer the tool durability. The greater the shear width, the longer the durability;the radial removal of the tool during sharpening of the rolling shears ranges from 80μm to 150μm,with an average sharpening removal of 106μm,and the tool sharpening process has a decisive impact on the tool durability;finally, for the wear detection problem of the rolling shears,an acoustic emission signal can be used to conduct online inspection of the condition of the rolling shears.
