Finite Element Simulation of Cutting Force and Cutting Temperature in Turning of GH4169G Superalloy
In order to study GH4169G superalloy cutting dosage and cutting tool geometry characteristic of the influ-ence laws on cutting force and cutting temperature,based on the finite element simulation software ABAQUS,through chan-ges of cutting depth,cutting speed and tool geometry angles in turn,the influence laws on cutting temperature are obtained under different parameter combinations,and the mechanism of coupling effect of turning parameters and tool geometry angle on the cutting process is further revealed,so as to optimize the cutting process parameters and tool characteristics.
