新型可换头钻头参数优化有限元分析

利用AdvantEdge有限元仿真软件对新型可换头钻头的切削过程进行模拟仿真,通过极差法分析仿真数据,得出在切削过程中定位孔深度对扭矩、温度和Mises应力的影响最大,其次是定位孔直径,刀头模块排屑槽圆弧直径的影响最小;定位孔直径对切削力影响最大,其次是刀头模块排屑槽圆弧直径,中心定位孔深度的影响最小.直径D1=32mm的新型可换头钻头最优结构参数为:刀头模块排屑槽圆弧直径为7mm,定位孔直径为5mm,深度4.5mm.
Finite Element Analysis Optimization of New Modular Drill Parameters
As a finite element simulation software,the cutting process of a new modular bit drill is simulated by Ad-vantEdge.The simulation data is analyzed by the range method,and it is concluded that the depth of the positioning hole in the cutting process has the greatest influence on torque,temperature and mises stress,fol lowed by the diameter of the posi-tioning hole,and the diameter of the circular arc of the chip module of the tool bit module has the least impact.The size of the positioning hole diameter has the greatest influence on the cutting force,followed by the arc diameter of the chip groove of the tool head module,and the influence of the center fixed positioning hole depth is the least.The optimal structural pa-rameters of the new modular bit drill with a diameter of D,=32mm are obtained,and the diameter of the chip groove of the bit module is 7mm,the diameter of the positioning hole is 5mm,and the depth is 4.5mm.
