车削工艺参数对18CrNiMo7-6钢切削力及表面粗糙度的影响

为了探究车削工艺参数对18CrNiMo7-6钢标准疲劳试样不同位置的切削力和表面粗糙度的影响,采用CAK4085型数控车床对主轴转速n、背吃刀量ap和进给速度vf三个工艺参数进行单因素试验研究.结果表明:对于标准试样的圆弧段和标距段,切削用量对切削力和表面粗糙度的影响规律相同;背吃刀量ap对切削力影响最大,进给速度vf对切削力的影响次之,主轴转速n对切削力的影响最小;拟合的三个切削力分量指数公式中,主切削力的拟合误差为5.25%,背向力的拟合误差为2.29%,相对误差较小.结果显示,影响表面粗糙度Ra的最大因素为进给速度,Ra随vf的增大而增大,圆弧切入段的表面粗糙度Ra比切出段高.综合考虑疲劳试样较好的加工工艺参数为:n=1000r/min,vf=80mm/min,ap=0.3mm.本研究结果可为疲劳试样的车削加工工艺制定提供参考依据.
Influence on Cutting Force and Surface Roughness of 18CrNiMo7-6 Steel Turning Parameters
In order to explore the influence of turning process parameters on the cutting force and surface roughness of 18CrNiMo7-6 steel standard fatigue sample at different positions,CAK4085 CNC lathe is used to carry out single factor test on three process parameters:spindle speed n,back cutting depth a and feed speed vf.The results show that the influence of cutting parameters on cutting force and surface roughness is the same for the arc segment and the standard segment of the standard sample.Back cutting depth ap has the greatest influence on cutting force,and vf is the second influencing factor,the spindle speed n has the least effect.Among the three fitting indices of cutting force components,the fitting error of the main cutting force is 5.25%and the fitting error of the back force is 2.29%,which is relatively small.The biggest factor affecting the surface roughness Ra is the feed speed and it is increased with the increasing of vf.The surface roughness Ra of the arc cut in segment is higher than that of the cut out segment.The better processing parameters for fatigue samples are as follows:n=1000 r/min,vf=80 mm/min,ap=0.3mm.The research results can provide reference for the formulation of fatigue sample turning process.
