PCBN刀片铣削QT450球墨铸铁的试验研究

为研究PCBN铣刀片铣削球墨铸铁的性能,采用陶瓷结合剂PCBN铣刀片(T-PCBN)和金属结合剂PCBN铣刀片(J-PCBN)进行铁素体球墨铸铁(QT450-10)铣削试验,对比研究两种铣刀片的铣削力、振动、磨损机理和使用寿命.结果表明:相同切削参数下,T-PCBN刀片的铣削力和振动小于J-PCBN铣刀片;两种刀片均存在黏结、扩散、氧化以及磨粒磨损,T-PCBN铣刀片主要的失效形式是崩刃,J-PCBN铣刀片的失效形式为磨损,直至达到磨钝标准;J-PCBN铣刀片的服役寿命远高于T-PCBN铣刀片.
Experimental Study on Milling QT450 Ductile Iron with PCBN Blade
In order to investigate the performance of PCBN milling cutter blades for milling ductile iron,milling tests are conducted on ferritic ductile iron(QT450-10)with ceramic bonded PCBN milling cutter blades(T-PCBN)and metal bonded PCBN milling cutter blades(J-PCBN),where the milling force,vibration,wear mechanism and service life of the two milling cutter blades are comparatively studied.The results demonstrate that the milling force and vibration of T-PCBN blades are inferior to those of J-PCBN milling cutter blades on the basis of the identical cutting parameters,whereas both blades are subject to adhensive,diffusion,oxidation and abrasive wear.Meanwhile,the primary form of failure for T-PCBN milling cutter blades is breakage of cutting edge,while the failure form for J-PCBN milling cutter blades is wear until the standard of dullness is reached.Furthermore,the service life of J-PCBN milling cutter blades is much superior to that of T-PCBN milling cutter blades.
