基于低温微量润滑技术对7050铝合金加工质量的研究

针对传统切削加工过程中大量使用切削液极易对环境和人体造成伤害等弊端,基于绿色环保理念,采用低温微量润滑技术,根据铣台阶、铣槽、制孔等典型加工特征,进行试验件的表面质量粗糙度检测与金相分析,研究7050铝合金在低温冷却条件下不同工艺参数对其加工质量的影响.结果表明:在-10℃以下的温度范围内,获得的盲孔表面粗糙度较好;在-60℃~0℃低温微量润滑加工条件下不会对7050铝合金材料的切削加工表面产生过热或过冷影响;在相同低温温度下,内冷孔刀具加工的表面质量较优.
Study on Machining Quality of 7050 Aluminum Alloy Based on Low Temperature Minimum Quantity Lubrication Technology
Due to the disadvantages of using a large amount of cutting fluid in the traditional machining process,it is easy to cause harm to the environment and human body.Based on the concept of green environmental protection,low-tem-perature Minimum Quantity Lubrication technology is adopted.The surface rounghness detection and metallographic analysis are carried out in the process of milling step surfaces,milling grooves,drilling holes,etc.The influence of different process parameters on the machining quality of 7050 aluminum alloy under low temperature cooling conditions is analyzed and stud-ied.The results show that in the temperature range below-10℃,the surface roughness of the blind hole obtained is fault-less;under the conditions of-60℃~0℃ low-temperature Minimum Quantity Lubrication processing,the machined surface of 7050 aluminum alloy would not be cooling or overheating.At the same low temperature,the surface finish of the inner cooling hole tool is preferable.
