Wear Study on Polishing Support Surface and Tip of Sharp NC Blade with Double Groove
This paper analyzes the force and motion model of the polishing blade through the sharp angle wear phe-nomenon of the support surface of the sharp double-sided groove NC blade during polishing,and concludes that an important reason for the sharp angle wear is the high-frequency and periodic relative limit groove movement of the polishing blade,and designs two kinds of polishing fixtures for polishing test verification,exploring the gap between the limit groove of the polis-hing fixture.The influence of radial position and clearance of locating pin hole on the wear of blade support surface and tip.The experimental results show that the clearance of the limit slot has a positive correlation effect on the wear of the support surface and the tip of the sharp double-sided slot blade,and when the clearance of the limit slot reaches 0.6mm,the posi-tive correlation effect slows down.The different radial positions of the same limit groove gap have no obvious effect on the tool tip wear when polishing.The clearance of locating pin hole has obvious influence on tool tip wear.The larger the clear-ance of locating pin hole is,the more serious the tool tip wear is.This study can guide the design of polishing fixtures for other sharp products.The double-sided gap of the limit groove of the polishing fixture should be 0.2~0.4mm,and the posi-tioning pin hole should be slightly larger than the positioning pin of the support plate.
