基于数字孪生的数控机床运行监测系统设计与开发

本文基于数字孪生五维模型,实现对机床的状态数据远程监测与加工运动仿真,设计了机床运行监测系统的总体框架,添加了 OPC UA客户端节点数据订阅等功能,完成与机床数控系统运行数据的对接,利用Solid-Works 等平台搭建机床的三维模型,借助Unity平台以运行数据为驱动,结合XChart插件开发了机床运行数据监测界面,以数控程序为驱动,结合刚体平移、旋转运动控制原理,实现了机床三维模型的加工运动仿真功能,最终实现了二维数据图表与三维运动仿真相结合的数控机床运行监测功能.
Design and Development of Numerical Control Operating Condition Monitoring System Based on Digital Twin
In this paper,based on the digital twin five-dimensional model,in order to realize the remote monitoring of the state data of the machine tool and the simulation of the machining motion,the overall framework of the machine tool op-eration monitoring system is designed.The OPC UA client node data subscription and other functions are designed to com-plete the connection with the operation data of the CNC machine tool system.The 3D model of the machine tool is built on SolidWorks and other platforms.With the help of Unity platform,the operation data monitoring interface of the machine tool is developed by combining XChart plug-in and driven by the operation data.Driven by NC program and combined with rigid body translation and rotation motion control principle,the machining motion simulation function of 3D machine tool model is realized,and the operation monitoring function of NC machine tool is realized by combining 2D data chart and 3D motion simulation.
