摘要

正弦调频激光干涉仪(SFMI)在基础科学、精密制造等领域应用广泛,但相位调制深度变化等非线性误差限制了其测程及精度的进一步提高.本文提出一种新型正弦调频干涉仪Lissajous校正方法,通过降维迭代算法对测量过程中的干涉正交信号进行椭圆参数提取,实现实时校正,以消除非线性误差,提高测量精度.仿真测试证明,所提方法精度高,带宽利用率高,消耗资源少,对于正弦调频干涉仪测程和精度的提高及其应用的扩展具有重要意义.

Abstract

Sinusoidal frequency modulation interferometer(SFMI)is widely used in basic science,precision manu-facturing and other fields.However,nonlinear errors such as phase modulation depth change limit its measurement range and accuracy.In this paper,a new Lissajous figure correction method for SFMI is proposed.Elliptic parameters of orthogonal interference signals in the measurement process are extracted through a dimension reduced iterative algorithm to achieve re-al-time correction,thus eliminating nonlinear errors and improving measurement accuracy.The simulation test proves that the proposed method has high accuracy,high bandwidth utilization and low resource consumption,which is of great signifi-cance for the range and accuracy improvements of SFMI,as well as its application expansion.
