The assembly accuracy in the digital docking of aircraft large components refers to the accuracy of the aero-dynamic shape of the components,the position accuracy of the internal assemblies and parts of the components,and the ac-curacy of the relative positions between components.The construction of digital measurement model and accurate analysis of data provide an efficient and reliable new method for evaluating assembly accuracy.In the digital measurement environ-ment,based on constructing an aircraft measurement model,the relative position accuracy evaluation of aircraft assembly are transformed into the calculation of the relative position relationship between aircraft assembly feature points,so as to realize the evaluation of the relative position accuracy relationship of holes,grooves,surfaces,edges,etc.At the same time,based on the engineering practice,the application of the method is analyzed.
