高速铣削GH4169镍基高温合金切削温度的研究

为了研究GH4169镍基高温合金在高速铣削过程中不同切削用量对切削温度的影响,采用正交试验法对其进行切削仿真,并对铣削加工仿真结果进行分析,得到切削用量与切削温度的关系.为验证仿真结果的合理性和准确性,进行了 GH4169镍基高温合金高速铣削加工试验,对比分析高速铣削试验和高速铣削加工仿真的结果,验证GH4169镍基高温合金高速铣削仿真模型的准确合理.在已确定的加工仿真模型基础上进行单因素试验,研究不同切削用量对切削温度的影响.结果表明:在切削速度、每齿进给量和背吃刀量均增大的条件下,铣削温度都逐渐上升,但增长速率呈下降趋势.
Study on Cutting Temperature of High-speed Milling of GH4169 Nickel-based Superalloy
In order to study the influence of different cutting amounts on cutting temperature during high-speed mill-ing GH4169 nickel-based superalloy,the orthogonal experimental method is used to simulate the cutting of high-speed mill-ing GH4169 nickel-based superalloy,and the results obtained by the milling simulation are analyzed,and the influence of cutting amount on cutting temperature is obtained.In order to verify the rationality and accuracy of the simulation results,the high-speed milling processing GH4169 nickel-based superalloy test is carried out,and the results of high-speed milling test and high-speed milling processing simulation are compared and analyzed,and the simulation model of high-speed mill-ing GH4169 nickel-based superalloy is verified to be accurate and reasonable.Based on the determined machining simula-tion model,a single-factor test is carried out to analyze the influence of different cutting amounts on cutting temperature.The results show that under the conditions of increasing cutting speed,increasing feed per tooth and increasing back-eating knife volume,the temperature of milling processing tends to gradually increase,but the change rate shows a downward trend.
