机匣生产线数控刀具智能制造管理系统的设计及实现

以国内某航空发动机公司需求出发,针对其机匣生产线中数控刀具管理数据信息共享程度低、刀具分类粗、刀具寿命难以统计及刀具成本难以控制的问题,设计了一套智能制造刀具管理系统.系统采用B/S架构基于SSH体系架构进行模块化开发,根据企业现场使用状况和需求绘制管理流程和E-R图,编制一种适用于生产线的编码,以提升刀具信息利用效率.结果证明,系统能够满足生产线精益化生产和智能制造的需求.
Design and Implementation of Intelligent Manufacturing Management System for NC Cutting Tools in Gearbox Production Line
An intelligent manufacturing tool management system is designed and implemented for the domestic aero-engine company,and a comprehensive solution that addresses the critical issues is presented like inadequate data and infor-mation sharing of NC tool management,imprecise tool classification,limited tool life statistics,and cost control difficulties in the gearbox production line.The system features SSH architecture for modular development based on the B/S structure.Ac-cording to the on-site requirements,a management flow chart,an E-R chart and coding methods are created to improve the utilization of tool information.The successful implementation of this system in the production line has enabled intelligent manufacturing and lean production.
