摘要

为探究断屑槽几何参数影响车削Ti6Al4V钛合金的能量损耗问题,基于ABAQUS仿真软件建立PCD断屑槽刀具车削Ti6Al4V钛合金的仿真模型,采用单因素法探究梯形断屑槽参数(前角α、棱带宽br 及反屑角θ)对切削力以及刀尖温度的影响.建立多指标正交试验,采用极差分析法探究各因素对性能和能量损耗的影响程度.分析试验结果表明:当α =15°,br =0.07mm,θ =25°时的切削性能最佳,能量损耗最低.

Abstract

In order to investigate the energy loss of chipbreaker geometric parameters on turning Ti6Al4V titanium al-loy,a simulation model of turning Ti6Al4V titanium alloy with PCD chipbreaker tool is established based on ABAQUS simu-lation software,and the effect of trapezoidal chipbreaker parameters(front angle α,rib width br,counter chip angle θ)on cutting force and tool tip temperature is investigated by single-factor method.Multi-indicator orthogonal experiments are es-tablished,and the degree of influence of each factor on performance and energy loss is investigated by using the extreme difference analysis method.Analyzing the experimental results,it is concluded that the cutting performance is best and ener-gy loss is lowest when α =15°,br =0.07mm and θ =25°.
