Grating Signal Subdivision Based on Constructing Absolute Trigonometric Function
In order to further improve the measurement accuracy of the grating sensor,the signal needs to be subdivi-ded,but the subdivision accuracy of the grating moire signal depends on the quality of the signal.In this paper,the DC,am-plitude,phase and other errors are compensated by normalization and CORDIC method,the absolute value trigonometric function is constructed by using the compensated signal to realize 16 times subdivision of a complete periodic signal,the feasibility of the method is verified by MATLAB simulation.
